The Villa is situated on the side of the mountains surrounded with abundant wildlife and sounds of the jungle with outstanding 360-degree views of the Ocean and mountains. The Villa is ideally located and has the advantage of being hidden away but also being within a short distance of local stores, restaurants, bank, services, etc, which are only 10 to 15 minutes away.
The villa can sleep 14 people very comfortably; there are 7 rooms all with on suite bathrooms and one master bedroom with an on suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. All rooms have separate access off of a main Spanish style internal open-air courtyard. The Villa has been well designed so everyone can enjoy each others company in the spacious common areas and also have the choice of privacy with every room having individual balconies with views of the Ocean and mountains with the benefit of private on suite bathrooms, Satellite TV, DVD, refrigerator, security safe and there is fast wireless internet throughout the property. The villa can be rented with just 4 rooms if that is all that is needed and for your entire stay no other parts of the property will be rented to other parties and you will have the enjoyment of the whole property, pool and grounds for the sole use and privacy of yourselves.
